Allocations Module

The Allocations Module displays distribution plans for accounts by categories. An Allocation category is a collection of relevant object class codes. Use the Allocations Module to manage account spending plans by category groups (e.g. Intramural, Extramural, Grants). The Categories are defined by your organization and are divided by whether they fall under OO (Other Objects) or PS (Personnel Services). Roll your mouse over a category name to see its OC Code definition. If your userprofile does not have access to PS data, you will only see the Categories that fall under OO.

To access the Allocations Module, simply click the green "Allocations" tab from the Content tabs. This will direct users to the Allocations by Category Group screen for the current account in view.
